Who can participate

Are you the perfect candidate?

Please check the questions below, if you have answered YES on all of them, means you are a perfect candidate to participante in the project.

  1. Do you want to learn, experience and explore?

  2. Are you an official resident in one of these countries: Hungary, Portugal, Spain, Bolivia, Uruguay, India?

  3. Are you between 18 and 30 years old?

  4. You have never done the EVS project before (long term).

  5. Are you available to participate in the whole duration of the EVS service?

  6. Do you have a strong motivation and interest in the topic of the Project?

  7. Do you consider yourself a responsable person?

  8. Are you available to participate in few preparation and evaluation meetings in the cities where the sending organizations are placed?

If you have answered on all the question positively that means you are a perfect candidate.

Besides we will give a TOP PRIORITY will be given to the volunteers coming from the localities/regions where the sending organization are based.

 

The detailed division of the volunteers per activities and dates are described in the description of the project.

GENERAL and FINANCIAL RULES OF THE PROJECT

 

This EVS activity is part of the Erasmus+ Program. The program coveres the following expenses of the volunteers:

 

  • Budget for TRAVEL from the city of origin to the EVS activity hosting placement and back (if the volunteer spends more money than the Budget limit, he/she has to cover these expenses): Budget limit 1300€

  • According to the rules of the Program, The EVS volunteers have to come back form the hosting countries NOT MORE THAN ONE WEEK  AFTER finishing their EVS activities. If not, they will be in charge of paying the whole return ticket.

  • The volunteers will receive monthly pocket money and money for food or food (check the specifics in each cpuntyr)

  • All the board and lodging expenses are covered by the Hosting organization as well as the local transportation if needed for the activities; for more detailes check the project description

  • Volunteers will receive the ongoing mentors support and supervision of the activities

  • In the end of the Service the volunteers will receive the Youthpass certificate (www.youthpass.eu)

  • The volunteers will be coverd by CIGNA insurance during the whole duration of the activity
