This week was very intense. I started with many meeting with Metta, the responsible of coordinate the training courses, to involve me in the organization of the training for campleaders. This training was a new experience for me. The objetive of it was to find the people with the best qualities for be the future campleaders.
This training consist in make during four days one simulation of a real workcamp. The participants had the oportunity of being involved in the process about how works a workcamp before, during and after finish it and have a global vision about it.
My role there was to prepare games for ice-breaking and team building and I have to say that I really enjoyed to do it.
In the same week I had the oportunity to visit the bigest Buddhist temple in the word the same day that Buddhist celebrate the Vesak and carried gift to the temple to remember to Buda. The most beautiful part of this even was when at the end of the night people threw miles of paper lanterns to the sky.
My project finished with a nice dinner with the IIWC team where I could't eat to much for my stomach problems but I enjoyed a lot the most where we went all together to sing in a karaoke.
In general my Job-shadowing was a great experience where I learned so much and where I met beautiful people. I hope to come back to Indonesia again
