Rally Orienteering

I participated in the activity called as Rajd na Orientację (Rally Orienteering) in Katy Wroclaw of Poland. When I first heard about that it was a Thursday. My coordinators told us that we will go camping in next weekend! And our task was helping the organizing institution.
I was so excited in order to I didn’t have any relative experience. Thus before the activity I bought so many water, food, took our tent and sleeping bag. On the way toward to Katy Wroclaw, we communicated with coordinator about our tasks and signed our insurance. Unexpected, we got new voluntary clothes and free food as soon as arrived. The director at first separated us into different teams for taking turns at night, and then introduced about this activity. At that time I realized that we would go to the check point inside of the forest for contestants marking a label. The contest would be successive as long as 11 hours, with 20km, or 40km, 60km distant route.
At night, our team were on the position, even sited around campfire the temperature was still cold. Nobody can sleep in the chill tent. After middle night, we ushered our first guests - 60km bicycle contestant. Their fighting spirit encouraged me to stay in the cold. All the night time we two boys repeated to cut the trees and kept fire...... It is really a unforgettable memory in my life.
